The Manor Coach House self catering apartments are owned and operated by Manor Coach House Apartments Limited; a private limited company registered in England and Wales, Company No: 11611918.

Our apartments are easily accessible by car from Junction 6 of the M5. The nearest train stations are Worcester (3 miles) or Droitwich (5 miles). Along with Manor Coach House Bed & Breakfast, the apartments are set within the grounds of the Manor Coach House, built in 1847.

Formerly part of the Rectory (now Hindlip Manor) it served Hindlip Hall, best known for its role in the Gunpowder Plot, when Edward Oldcorne and other conspirators hid in the walls. One hundred armed men surrounded the Hall and eventually the conspirators were forced to surrender.

Our Apartments

The conversion of the original outbuilding, was completed in 2020, and part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

There is a two bedroomed apartment which sleeps 4 people has an open plan kitchen and lounge area with Freeview TV, WiFi and a shower room. The kitchen area is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Outside is a private garden area with a table and four chairs, parasol and gas barbecue.

There is also a studio apartment which sleeps 2 people has an open plan kitchen and lounge area with Freeview TV, WiFi and a shower room. The kitchen area is well-equipped with a microwave, oven, hob and fridge. Outside is a private garden area with a table and two chairs, parasol and gas barbecue.

The Location

The location is very peaceful, with two local pubs (The Bull Inn and The White Hart) within a short walking distance, but we are also only a short drive away from Elgar Retail Park. Less than a mile away you will find a Sainsburys and Lidl supermarket, and Marks and Spencer Food store.

Guests may like to walk into the City along the canal towpath, which is a short distance away. There is also a jungle safari mini golf course close by for fun.

Days out within the immediate area might include Hanbury Hall at Droitwich Spa, or Spetchley Park Gardens which is about 3 miles away. For those who enjoy Arts and Crafts, the Jinney Ring Craft Centre is open all year round. and offers a great day out.
